SPRING TRAVEL

MAN UP is a unique travel basketball program that focuses on teaching fundamental basketball at all age and skill levels. Coach London coaches all of the travel teams. Players will participate in 3-4 structured and high intensity team practices during the week. Our practices are designed to provide a focus on improving individual skills, team instruction (offensive plays, presses, press breaks, & various defenses) and building basketball IQ's.

Practice location is Sports Centre of the North Shore in Northbrook.

​

MASKS MUST BE WORN.

​

Season runs March-beginning of June.

​

High school elite teams will play in July also.

​

3rd-8th grade teams will play in 6 weekend tournaments.  

​

High school teams will play in 5 weekend tournaments during the spring season.

Coach London will schedule around conflicts of players that participate in multiple sports.

There are no refunds after the first practice.
