The MAN UP Fall League starts on August 31st, we will be forming competitive divisions for all age groups. All players will get two practices per week and scrimmages on the weekends. All practices and games will be at Immanuel Lutheran in Crystal lake. We are taking requests for players to be placed together on teams to work on team chemistry for High School, Feeder and Middle School basketball. Fundamentals, game like scenarios and defensive concepts will be stressed in practices. Improve your game and get in game reps this fall with MAN UP BASKETBALL!

 

MAN UP FALL LEAGUE
Our fall season will turn into a fall league for MAN UP players only. Players will attend tryouts on August 31st and September 2nd to be placed on teams. All teams will practice twice per week. All teams will play in "Intra-team scrimmages" on Saturdays and Sundays at Immanuel Lutheran in Crystal Lake and Sports Center of the North Shore in Deerfield.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The length of the season will be 9 weeks starting August 31st and ending November 1st. All teams will play in 1-2 scrimmages per weekend. All players will receive scrimmage practice jerseys.

League Divisions
Amateur Division - 4th - 6th Grade
Jr. High Division - 7th and 8th grade
Varsity Division - 9th and 10th grade
NBA Division - 11th and 12th Grade

Competitive Tournament Option
If competitive tournament play resumes in the state of Illinois there will be an option for teams to compete. There will be an additional fee to play in competitive tournaments. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Covid-19 Restrictions and Guidelines
Players should wash hands before participating
Team/Group size limited to 50 people or fewer
These will be closed practice sessions no spectators
No post-activity handshakes
Players bring your own water/sports drink
Players will bring their own basketball
Please enter/exit through the back entrance at Immanuel Lutheran

Players fee- $500 Includes scrimmage reversible jersey, 16 practices and 10-16 scrimmages.
