MAN UP BASEBALL
Coach London is excited to kick off MAN UP Baseball this winter! MAN UP Baseball is a competitive youth travel baseball program that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of baseball and building the self confidence in all players. Coach London was a lifelong baseball player who never played basketball. Within the last 4 1/2 years he has built MAN UP Basketball into the most recognizable basketball program in the north shore. Coach London is looking forward to bringing his baseball expertise and motivational tools to create tough young men on and off the diamond! Schedules will be created to accommodate players that want to play MAN UP Basketball as well.

Tryout Fee- $50 (Non-refundable)

Winter 2020-Summer 2021- $2225 (Non-refundable after the first practice)

MAN UP Baseball uniform package- Custom MAN UP jersey, 1 pair of pants, 1 hat, MAN UP backpack, t-shirt, hoodie, water bottle and 2 pairs of socks.
All teams will be broken up by age and skill level.

2020-2021 Winter Season (November-February)
One indoor workout per week in Northbrook. Workouts will consist of resistance strength training, hitting techniques, and position specific skills training. Coach London will work with players to identify areas of improvement to prepare them for the upcoming baseball season.

2021 Spring Season (March-June)
Due to the poor weather conditions in the spring, we will not start playing in tournaments until Memorial Day Weekend. Players will practice twice per week. When weather permits, teams will play games in the MSBL.

2021 Summer Season (June-July)
Beginning Memorial Day weekend all teams will play in travel baseball tournaments throughout the midwest. All teams will practice twice per week. Unless there is lightning we will always have practice. 6th grade teams will play at Cooperstown, NY. 7th and 8th grade teams will play in Myrtle Beach, SC.
