Summer Training

MAN UP Summer Training Program

Summer is the best time to address your weaknesses and keep adding to your game. This will be small to medium group training. Areas of focus will be decision making, game shooting, footwork and live play. We will train at Immanuel Lutheran in Crystal Lake twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Get in the gym with Coach Conrad two days a week this summer!

Middle School Session (6th-8th Grade)

June 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 29th

July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th

**Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6pm**

High School Session (9th-12th Grade)

June 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 29th

July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th

**Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7pm**
